Film description:

Chuck season 5 is a final season. Chuck and Sarah establish their own agency called "Carmichael Industries" which carries out espionage tasks. Their key weapon is Morgan who is still getting used to managing Intersect. He gets his first mission and blows it right away. Morgan is not satisfied with his dismissal from work while Chuck is ordered to teach his best friend to deal with Intersect. Chuck fails to do it and the two friends have a big fight. In the meantime, "Carmichael Industries" gets a competitor at the espionage market — it's "Verbanski Corporation" led by Gertrude Verbanski, John Casey's old acquaintance. Morgan decides to leave "Carmichael Industries" for "Verbanski Corporation". It becomes a low blow for Chuck. He decides to win his best friend back. At the same time Chuck and Sara start thinking about their private life and come to conclusion that they need to leave the world of spies and become an ordinary couple. They think that if Intersect causes more harm than good, it should be destroyed and this would be their last mission.
