Film description:

Captain Sharon Raydor is the head of Major Crimes Division. The team is not very happy about their new boss as they had been working under the guidance of Brenda Leigh Johnson for many years before she left. Detectives Louie Provenza, Michael Tao, Julio Sanchez are very watchful about captain Raydor as she had been clashing Brenda Leigh Johnson for a while. The only person who sincerely admires the new boss is Amy Sykes who works in a different division but sometimes assists in investigating major crimes. This helps her get the long hoped-for position at the Major Crimes Division. It doesn’t take Sharon too long to earn credibility among her co-workers as she knows how to act in critical situations, make right decisions with lightning speed and take the responsibility. The new boss also brings a new strategy to Major Crimes Division: from now on the team is not only supposed to solve the crime but to make the criminal agree to a deal in order to save state funds as long-term legal proceedings can cost a lot of money. And nearly every case of captain Raydor’s team is finished with a deal.
