James St. Patrick, better known by the nickname "Ghost" has a New York nightclub where celebrities and rich people spend their time. But he needs more power. Ghost wants to build an empire. He lives with his family in a luxury penthouse in Manhattan. He also is a major drug dealer who supplying drugs and launders criminal money in the club. Double life constantly threatens to expose him. FBI agents are watching him. Sensing danger, Ghost wants to get rid of the criminal past and become an honest businessman.
