Film description:

Bart has some problems with the law after the illegal ride in the police car. This doesn't bother him first as he is sure the judge will release him at once. But it is revealed that judge Snyder went on a vacation and his case was sent to Constance Harm, a heartless person who decides it is Homer’s fault that his son behaves that way. She punishes them both by binding with each other. Moe returns to the bartending school since he feels a bit depressed with his bar. His old teacher provides him with an advice on how to become happier with his work. So Moe rebuilds his old bar into a nightclub, but this is not really appreciated by his old customers including Homer.
