Film description:
This is a prequel of the popular detective series The Prime Suspect by Helen Mirren. The scene of the series will be Hackney of the 1970s where 22-year-old Jane Tennison passes a trial period as an officer of London Police. According to the authors, the series tells the audience how the young Jane turned to the difficult and formidable person that the audience saw her in the TV series Prime Suspect. In her early years, Jane is brought before the audience as an ambitious and single-minded girl in the world where high-ranking police officers were notoriously chauvinistic set and all the rules and norms of behavior are often distorted in favor of men.
