Film description:
Barry Al-Fayeed is married to an American Molly and lives with her and their two teenage children in Pasadena, where he works pediatrician. The last twenty years Barry has tried to forget that he is Bassam Al-Fayeed - the second son of the Abbudin tyrant Khaled Al-Fayeed and his beloved wife Amira. He voluntarily chose exile, but relatives convinced him to fly home for the wedding of his nephew - Ahmed, the son of Jamal, Barry's older brother. After meeting with the relatives and with his childhood friend, now a reporter Fauzi Nadal, Barry quickly understands that the father's regime is still based on violence. He encounters Jamal's wife Leila, with whom he had a romantic feeling in the past. Riots are beginning to grow into a real revolution. The sudden death of Khaled draws Barry in a fierce struggle for power waged by members of his clan at the epicenter of the revolution.
