TV series "American Crime Story" is a reconstruction of the investigations and trials of the most resonant crimes committed in the USA. The story is based on real events. Season 1 was called "The People v. O. J. Simpson". The famous American football player and Hollywood actor O.J. Simpson has been accused of the brutal murder of his ex-wife and her alleged lover. Violent crime that was committed June 12, 1994 and produced a strong resonance in society. Whole country watched the high-profile murder case. The trial lasted more than 9 months, which was a record period for California. Deputy District Attorney Marcia Clark became the head of the prosecution. The Simpson's lawyers engaged his protection: Robert Shapiro, Johnnie Cochran and a close friend of the accused, Robert Kardashian.
